A Sunday Good Morrow

This is a day for many words,

some spirited out in held holy houses,

as if there were unholy worlds

where words instead were spitted out.

A chiselled stone is a stone with worth;

a felled tree enters economy;

paint it all, paint it all;

let light come in from above,

and here is a holy house for Thee

where cats enter and many a mouse.

It is not an accusation, mind you.

Lets call it reality. A holy hideout

where to pardon exterior ignominy.

In faith, I good morrow you,

praying not but telling, yes,

give me your better self,

give me your blessing,

even if only for today.
